We are committed to design and manufacture products of best quality and fit for you.

However, if in case the product doesn’t fit your size, we are happy to help you with a hassle-free exchange process.

All you need to do is :

Initiate an exchange request on mail connect.gossypgal@gmail.comwith your order number & purchase details within 6 days from the date of delivery of your order.

A flat shipping/handling fee of 200/- will be deducted for Exchange/Return Request.

Exchange eligibility : The product(s) requested for exchange should in unused condition. It should not be used, washed, worn and must be returned with intact tags and original packaging.

NOTE: Products bought from clearance sale are not eligible for refund/exchange.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If in case, you are unhappy with our product

Initiate a return request on mail connect.gossypgal@gmail.com with your order number & purchase details within 6 days from the date of delivery of your order. A flat shipping/handling fee of 200/- will be deducted for Exchange/Return Request.

All refunds will be processed/credited in a form of COUPON CODE that can be used for future purchases. NO refund will be processed in bank account. Coupon code issued against the returned outfit is only for the amount paid for the outfit and not for COD handling charges.

You’re liable to bank refunds only if :

i)Your product is damaged or if wrong product is sent by the company.

You must report by placing a mail to us at connect.gossypgal@gmail.com within 6 days of receiving the product.

ii)Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

a)NEFT refund process takes approx 72 hours.

b)Payment Gateway refund process takes 7 to 9 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.

FOR UNSERVICIABLE PIN-CODES:

In case, your PIN code is unserviceable for reverse pickup with our courier team, we would request you to self-ship the product to us through a reputed courier service.
